Happy Mothers Day!

The kids gave Selina the best Mothers Day gift a mom could wish for.
They hit the mute button and let her sleep in for a morning.

Kayla made a little portrait book for Selina.

I particularly like how her hair magically changes colors and styles over the course of 9 months (click to see full size).

Kristin made Selina a craft of some sort, and I couldn't figure out what it was until she told me.

If you can figure it out, you get an internet high five from me (hover over the image for the answer)

I'm really curious to know why there's a question mark after April in Kayla's booklet.. is April supposed to be a questionable month? :)

  3. I am guessing that the craft are clay figures of a mom and daughter! Thanks for your awesome blog--I love your pictures:)

  9. Excellent idea. Love the mute button taken literally haha. It's such a pleasure to watch your little girls grow up in these pictures. You give everyone such hope and joy and a sense of playfulness about life through them. And, it reminds me, that even though I can't have children, I'm so happy to see a good father like you making your family happy.

February has a "100" beside the animal. Were they doing 100 days of school activities?

Hey Jason, it feels superb to browse through all these wonderful pictures. I think you should start posting more often like you did in the beginning. I went through all the archives. This is the most wonderful gift a daughter can ever receive. Kayla and Kristine are lucky indeed! :)
Your babies are really adorable and your blog is a stress buster for me :)
    A BIG Thank you, Jason!

  20. As soon as I saw it, I knew it was a candleholder. The things you learn as a former nanny... :)
